The Arizona Board of Regents held a meeting at the Arizona Board of Regents Central Office, 2020 N. Central, Suite 230, on July 2, 2007, at 1:20 p.m.

Also attending were President Michael Crow, Christine Wilkinson, Gene Sanders, Matthew McElrath, and Lori Briese from Arizona State University; President John Haeger, Kathe Shinham and Pat Haeuser from Northern Arizona University; Edie Auslander, Dick Roberts, Joel Valdez, Greg Fahey and Ed Frisch from the University of Arizona; Executive Director Joel Sideman, Board Counsel Nancy Tribbensee, and Board Secretary Peggy Martin from the Central Office.
Regent Boice called the meeting to order at 1:23 p.m.
Regent Boice stated that the meeting had been called to approve the university salary plans.
Upon motion by Regent Bulla, seconded by Regent DeConcini, the Board unanimously approved the salary plans of the universities and the Central Office as described in the executive summaries previously reviewed by the Human Resources Committee and presented for Board approval.
The meeting adjourned at 1:25 p.m.
