Notices of Claim and Summonses and Complaints

The universities (ASU, NAU or UArizona) are not authorized to accept service of lawsuits or notices of claim naming the Arizona Board of Regents or its universities. The board has designated the following person to accept service of lawsuits or notices of claim on behalf of the board.

The Arizona Board of Regents will not accept such documents on behalf of individually named board or university employees for board-related matters, unless expressly authorized to do so in writing by the employee.
